About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Advisor to join our team in Dauphin, Manitoba. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mass affluent clients, providing them with comprehensive reviews of their financial circumstances and creating long-term relationships through superior advice and ongoing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailor-made financial planning advice and help clients reach their goals using RBC's unparalleled array of investment, credit, and everyday banking solutions
• Actively maintain and expand your portfolio of clients using value-based relationship management practices, achieving performance targets
• Cultivate relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals

What You Need to Succeed

• A Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP) is a must-have
• Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC) is also required
• You should have at least 3 years' experience in financial planning
• Proven networking and client acquisition skills are essential
• You should be able to develop a strong referral network
