Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, monitoring performance, planning and organizing daily operations, setting staff work schedules, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules
  • Maintain inventory and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Accurate, dependable, organized, and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
