Project Manager, P3 Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in downtown Toronto. As a P. Eng, you will leverage your construction infrastructure advisory and consulting experience to extend services to new and existing clients for public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert P3 advisory services, reviewing, assessing, and recommending technical solutions for improvements on assigned public or private client P3 projects.
  • Conduct technical reviews of large P3 projects, identifying major impacts of developments along highway and transit corridors.
  • Manage projects, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are met on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Collaborate with engineering staff, external agencies, and clients to deliver high-quality services.
  • Evaluate construction costs, providing payment mechanism modeling and analysis services.
  • Provide risk advisory services, advising financial institutions and project sponsors on risk assessment and control.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in P3 Infrastructure design and advisory services.
  • Professional Engineer Designation and PMP certification.
  • Extensive business, advisory, and procurement experience working for asset owners, lenders, and private sector consortia.
  • Strong technical skills, including interpretation of engineering designs and architectural take-offs.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
