About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Alba Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure that our kitchen is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, organized, and team player.
