About the Role

The Body Shop Estimator Specialist is accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences while creating comprehensive estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers. The role involves accurate damage assessment and documentation of necessary repairs and parts replacement. As a crucial member of the team, the Estimator ensures seamless collaboration with colleagues to achieve the repair facility's KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure ASE is updated efficiently and accurately with customer interaction details.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Comply with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
  • Adhere to the Wow Operating Way's regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
  • Communicate customer requests and needs to relevant team members.
  • Exhibit positive energy when interacting with customers.
  • Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
  • Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
  • Support colleagues as needed.
  • Attend recommended training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain KPIs by maximizing role performance.

Required Tools and Knowledge

  • Scheduling Tool: ASE, Google Calendars
  • Management Information System: ASE
  • Rental Management: ARMS
  • Basic Knowledge: Mitchell

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Awareness of where to find answers
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
  • Willingness to complete ICAR Training
  • Valid Driver's License
