Job Title: Body Shop Administrator

Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Body Shop Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technicians, repair planners, and customer service to address and rectify any customer quality concerns promptly.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in exceptional condition.
  • Manage parts ordering and inventory to prevent shortages and maintain stock levels.
  • Schedule repair projects efficiently to optimize shop productivity and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor repair progress, adjusting workflows to address any delays or issues directly.
  • Work across departments to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Offer guidance to customers on vehicle maintenance and care, aligning with manufacturer specifications.
  • Clearly explain any additional repair needs, costs, and time considerations to customers.
