Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team at Velocity Injury Law LLP.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our litigation team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, legal documents, and reports
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meetings
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with legal procedures
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy and grammatical correctness
  • Provide administrative support to the litigation team, as required
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's licence
