Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team at Velocity Injury Law LLP. As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and management of legal cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and documents related to ongoing cases
  • Prepare and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including court documents and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
