Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Establish effective communication channels with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Create efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.
  • Address client concerns and provide technical guidance to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to staff, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Hire and train new employees in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Maintain computer systems and equipment to ensure seamless operation.
  • Procure necessary materials and supplies to meet business needs.
  • Perform regular maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Evaluate and enforce health and safety regulations to protect employees and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$70,000 CAD, based on the national average for a Customer Service Manager in Canada.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week at Comfort Inn Edmundston. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
