Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business operations
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
