Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Coordinate tasks to accomplish work efficiently
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products to customers. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.

The primary language of work is English.
