Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and materials between departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and movements
  • Coordinate with production supervisor to schedule production runs and estimate materials and labor requirements
  • Monitor production progress and prepare reports on production performance
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
