Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate tasks to accomplish the work
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as preparing and submitting reports, maintaining work records and logs, and preparing and maintaining progress reports
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work, and follow-up on issues with work orders
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, and values and ethics
Work Environment:
  • Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks
  • Overtime required

  • 35 hours per week
