Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Ptarmigan Inn. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for use in food preparation.
