Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kiov Incorporated McDonalds. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives and perform other equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and team player.
