Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kiov Incorporated McDonalds. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers, wash dishes, and sanitize food and equipment by hand.
  • Replenish condiments, supplies, and food items at tables and serving areas.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as burgers, fries, and salads.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with food and supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, cleaning products, and equipment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain equipment and machinery.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for food preparation.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues.
