Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kiov Incorporated McDonalds. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize food counter and surrounding areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain a well-stocked food counter.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, storage areas, and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
