About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to join our team at Saks OFF 5TH. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
