About the Role:

Pembroke Communications is seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive business growth and engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage digital activations and development for clients, including ad-hoc needs and longer-term paid campaign creation and execution
  • Analyze and evaluate performance data to modify campaigns and optimize results
  • Conduct research from diverse qualitative and quantitative sources to inform recommendations
  • Develop and implement paid media plans, including direct digital buys and programmatic solutions
  • Prepare client presentations, including summary briefs, audits, research analyses, and pitch decks
  • Mentor junior team members and educate account teams on digital trends and solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, social media, and executive communications
  • Ability to work closely with and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Capabilities to support quality content development and deliverables across a wide array of client-facing materials
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing content amplification campaigns across platforms
  • Expertise in paid social, SEO, content syndication, media partnerships, influencer targeting, and reputation management
  • Deep knowledge of online crisis management and emerging social and digital trends
