Job Title: Digital and Content Strategist

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Digital and Content Strategist to join our team at Leo Burnett. As a key member of our digital team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' digital experiences and driving business growth through innovative strategies and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital strategies for multiple clients, leveraging data and insights to inform our approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital ecosystems, consumer journeys, and content matrices.
  • Drive the creative brief through a clearly identified problem, insight, advantage, and strategy, ensuring that our work is grounded in data and driven by business objectives.
  • Present to and collaborate with senior clients and agency leadership, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and impact.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise in digital strategy and content creation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of key digital platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to build and execute digital strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education
