Department Manager, IT Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager, IT Applications to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the teams that oversee applications within our IT department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the IT applications teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Establish and execute application initiatives, monitor progress, and define scope and cost estimates for required work.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
