As a Department Manager, Power Systems and Automation, you will play a key role in achieving our strategic objectives and collaborating with teams across Canada. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise consulting services for power system studies, including short-circuit, power flow, protection coordination, arc-flash hazards, harmonics, transients, modeling, and insulation coordination.
  • Develop department members' technical skills through training and work methods.
  • Actively participate in projects as a technical contributor or project manager.
  • Work with the Innovation and Practice teams to increase department efficiency and ensure a structured approach to project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Intermediate knowledge of testing at clients' sites.
  • General knowledge of power system software.
  • Bilingual (English and French) with the ability to draft technical documents in both languages.
