About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Red Deer, AB.

Job Summary

This is a 6-month contract position that involves assisting the Corporate Quality Manager with the implementation and maintenance of the Company Quality Management Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the Company's adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Compliance Team and other departments to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Conduct audits in various weather conditions, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Perform data entry, formatting, analysis, and electronic filing in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Help prepare reports for Transportation and Economic Corridors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma preferred.
  • Prior experience in quality control, ideally within highway maintenance, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License.

  • An estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
