Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Parmar Bros Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
- Determine staffing requirements and plan daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
