Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Italian Bakery (Edmonton) 1989 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff
    • Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, catering firm, and bake shop
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks

    • Prepare and submit reports

    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
