About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A Food Fair. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service department, including establishing methods to meet work schedules and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and effectively, including estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and preparing budget and cost estimates.

Manage Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Supervise Food Delivery

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
