About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our team at Modix Plastique Inc. in a manufacturing environment that prioritizes safety, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continuous running of the production line by performing various production tasks in strict accordance with the production system.
  • Maintain the proper functioning of equipment to optimize performance and ensure product quality.
  • Sort raw materials, load and unload materials, and prepare packages for production.
  • Monitor the quality of particles and prepare samples for testing.
  • Report any anomalies or malfunctions to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more of professional experience in the manufacturing field.
  • Familiar with 12-hour shift schedules.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 45 pounds and physically bend and lift items when required.
