Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at TAPPTIC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development: Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective operation of the HR function.
- Collective Bargaining: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
