Job Summary

Risk Alive Analytics Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as developing and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.

Human Resources Policy Development

The successful candidate will develop and implement human resources policies and programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Recruitment and Talent Management

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as managing employee performance and appraisal programs.

Employee Benefits and Health and Safety

The successful candidate will research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices, ensuring that all employees are provided with a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in human resources is required.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions

The Human Resources Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to work 35-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
