Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at GOGO Sweaters. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production process, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manage and maintain production equipment, tools, and facilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management)
  • 1-6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting
