Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Kungfu Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements for large groups
  • Receive and greet customers, answering any questions they may have about our menu or services
  • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
