Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Kungfu Restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Take reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and food delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and respectful way.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week.
