Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Kungfu Restaurant. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and address any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Table Management: Manage table reservations, assign tables, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Order and receive supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a well-stocked restaurant.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 35 hours per week.
