About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at BCLC. As a key member of our Social Purpose & External Relations business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise content marketing strategy that drives business growth and achieves our social purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand and product strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create engaging and inspiring content that speaks to our audience and addresses business problems.
  • Support corporate initiatives through storytelling, including our social purpose, player health, stakeholder engagement, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Track performance and recommend best practices for process and organizational workflow.
  • Bring marketing content strategy and copywriting leadership to our high-functioning Omni Marketing Agile team.

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives business growth and achieves our social purpose.
  • Tell stories that engage and inspire our audience and address business problems.
  • Support corporate initiatives through storytelling.
  • Build and shape your capability by tracking performance and recommending best practices.
  • Bring marketing content strategy and copywriting leadership to our team.

  • Listen to and analyze your audience to better understand them and understand what communication style is most effective.
  • Write compelling copy and be the copywriting subject matter expert among your team and stakeholders.
  • Operate independently to build and develop your content marketing practice.
