Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our reputable client's team located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, possess strong communication skills, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in both English and French.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
