Job Title: Receptionist

Location: DDO

Our client, a renowned Spa industry leader, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team. With over 35 years of experience, they have established a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of high-quality treatments and services in a serene and relaxing environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Taking appointments over the phone and in person, and managing online bookings.
  • Managing and maximizing the appointment book.
  • Managing the cash register, including payments, purchases, and gift cards.
  • Providing clients with pertinent advice on treatment types and options.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and ensuring sufficient supplies are always available.
  • Ensuring clients are fully satisfied before leaving the spa, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing first-level customer complaints.
  • Managing customer profiles, and ensuring all required information is included.
  • Ensuring clients are aware of the spa's cancellation and refund policies.
  • Participating in meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Performing administrative or other tasks as deemed reasonable by management.
Qualifications
  • Personable and serious about providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Bilingualism (ability to engage with clients in French and English).
  • Punctual, reliable, friendly, and excellent team spirit.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, positive, energetic, and polite.
  • Able to multitask.
