Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Location: DDO

Our client, a renowned spa in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team. With over 35 years of experience, they have established a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and a range of high-quality treatments and services in a relaxing and rejuvenating environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service to clients. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace, managing cash transactions, and participating in meetings and training sessions as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Takes appointments over the phone and in person, and manages online bookings.
  • Manages and maximizes the appointment book.
  • Manages the cash register, including payments, purchases, and gift cards.
  • Provides clients with information about treatments and services, and offers advice and recommendations.
  • Maintains a clean and safe workspace, and ensures there is always sufficient supplies on hand.
  • Ensures clients are fully satisfied before leaving the spa, and provides excellent customer service.
  • Manages first-level customer complaints, and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manages customer profiles, and ensures all required information is included.
  • Ensures clients are aware of the spa's cancellation and refund policies.
  • Participates in meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Performs administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Personable and serious about providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Bilingualism (ability to engage with clients in French and English).
  • Punctual, reliable, and friendly, with excellent team spirit.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, positive, energetic, and polite.
  • Able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
