Salary:The estimated salary for this position is $83,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:This newly-created ICU position offers a predictable schedule with every other weekend off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance their quality of life and well-being.
- Provide individualized patient care, utilizing evidence-based practice and continuous improvement principles to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient flow.
- Maintain and advance your clinical competence through ongoing education and training, staying current with best practices and emerging trends in critical care.
- Participate in designated hospital committees and research projects, contributing to the development of new policies and procedures that shape the future of healthcare.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RNs) with the College of Nurses of British Columbia.
- Valid CPR certification and Basic Life Support skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
