The Critical Care Nurse provides high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) by working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing nursing care to ICU patients, enhancing their quality of life, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
- Demonstrating continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing.
- Maintaining and advancing own clinical competence.
- Participating in designated hospital committees and approved research projects.
