You will utilize and leverage government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Your strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision will make you an excellent fit for this role. If you have an active unrestricted credential, such as an EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney, and 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual tax returns for clients/customers, using commercial tax preparation software, we encourage you to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
