Key Holder Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure visual standards are met
  • Perform register functions and drive add-on sales through effective sales and promotions techniques
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
