We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Settlement Services Coordinator to join our team at the North Bay & District Multicultural Centre.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide settlement services to new immigrants, including administrative and office activities, liaison with other social services agencies, and maintenance of program statistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide settlement services to culturally diverse groups, including information and referral, and assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program statistics for evaluation and research purposes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
