Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Great Lakes Education Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
  • Maintain office procedures and routines
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
