About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at County Line 27001. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to management.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
