Job Summary

Fergus Esso is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing sales floor activities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Accurate and organized with a focus on customer satisfaction
