Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Conduct market surveys and benchmark compensation against industry standards.
  • Develop, update, and communicate compensation policies and guidelines to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Prepare and present compensation reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data within the HRIS system.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation-related inquiries, policies, and programs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff and management on compensation practices and policies.
  • Act as a subject-matter-expert on various business unit incentive plan discussions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, or related area.
  • Experience in interpretation and statistical analysis of market data.
  • Project management experience and ability to plan, schedule, and deliver both long- and short-term projects.
  • Highly skilled with Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Dayforce is considered an asset.
  • Strong written, verbal, and relationship-building skills.
