Key Responsibilities:- Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Conduct market surveys and benchmark compensation against industry standards.
- Develop, update, and communicate compensation policies and guidelines to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Prepare and present compensation reports and analysis to senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data within the HRIS system.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation-related inquiries, policies, and programs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff and management on compensation practices and policies.
- Act as a subject-matter-expert on various business unit incentive plan discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, or related area.
- Experience in interpretation and statistical analysis of market data.
- Project management experience and ability to plan, schedule, and deliver both long- and short-term projects.
- Highly skilled with Excel and MS Office programs.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Dayforce is considered an asset.
- Strong written, verbal, and relationship-building skills.
