About the Role

The Marketing Manager will report to the VP, Sales and work closely with the VP, Product Development. Key responsibilities include driving our brand strategy, spearheading the development of a marketing plan, and managing relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to Create and Execute Marketing Campaigns
  • Utilize AI-Powered Tools to Optimize Market Content and Customer Engagement
  • Lead All Marketing Initiatives, Including Social Media and Email Campaigns
  • Manage Third-Party Agencies and Vendors to Establish a Fully Functioning Marketing Division
  • Evaluate Vendor Performance and Negotiate Contracts
  • Oversee Project Timelines, Budgets, and Campaign Outcomes
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Provide Actionable Insights
  • Plan and Coordinate Company Participation in Events and Industry Conferences
  • Support Senior Leadership with Documentation Design for Board Presentations
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing
  • At Least 5+ Years of Progressive Marketing Experience
  • Experience with Brand Positioning and Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Strong Project Management Skills and Experience Working with Third-Party Vendors
  • Demonstrated Experience Using AI Tools for Content Creation and Data Analysis
  • Expert Level Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
