Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HIMMATPURA LOGISTICS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.
  • Work a 35-hour workweek.
