We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Full-Time Child Caregiver to join our team at Saif Dawood. As a key member of our household support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and companionship to children in the employer's home.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the family to ensure the highest level of care and support is provided to their children, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in childcare, preferably in a similar setting. A secondary school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications are also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents;
  • Shop for food and household supplies;
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties;
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children;
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents;
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development;
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home;
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children;
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals;
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods;
  • Supervise and care for children;
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments;
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children;
  • Help children with homework;
  • Cook.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in childcare;
  • A secondary school graduation certificate;
  • Relevant training or certifications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
