Business Development Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions
Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to various Fortune 100/500/1000 companies in Canada/US.
Our client is a large, publicly traded software company with operations in 36+ countries worldwide, generating revenue exceeding $[insert revenue figure].
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and international business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
